1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following circumstances:
- Service Non-Delivery: If the paid service was not provided due to technical issues on our end.
- Critical Service Failure: If the service fails to perform its core functions as advertised and we are unable to resolve the issue within 72 hours of notification.
- Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged multiple times for the same service.
- Subscription Cancellation: For monthly subscriptions cancelled within the first 7 days of initial purchase (does not apply to renewals).
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to meet system requirements that were clearly stated prior to purchase
- Issues caused by third-party software or hardware
- Partial usage or dissatisfaction after significant usage of the service
- Custom AI tools or development services where work has already commenced
- Annual subscriptions after 30 days from purchase
- Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in service termination
3. Timeframe to Request Refund
Refund requests must be submitted within:
- ADW+ Monthly Subscriptions: 7 days of initial purchase
- ADW+ Annual Subscriptions: 30 days of initial purchase
- One-Time Purchases: 14 days of purchase date
- Custom Development Services: Before work commences (as defined in your project agreement)
Exceptions may be made at our discretion for exceptional circumstances.
4. Process to Request Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at support@cyverra.com with your refund request
- Include your account email and order/reference number
- Provide a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request
- If applicable, include any supporting documentation or evidence
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
5. Mode of Refund
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible. If this is not possible, we may issue refunds through alternative methods including:
- Bank transfer (for direct bank payments)
- UPI (for Indian customers)
- PayPal (for international customers)
- Credit to your Cyverra account for future purchases (with customer consent)
Processing times vary by payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days
- UPI: 3-5 business days
6. Special Considerations
Student Portals: Refunds for student portal access may require verification with the educational institution. Refunds will be prorated based on usage if approved.
Custom AI Tools: Development services are typically non-refundable once work has commenced. A partial refund may be considered if the project is cancelled early in the development cycle, minus any costs already incurred.
Bundled Services: If you purchased services as part of a bundle, the refund amount will be calculated based on the individual value of the unused services.
